Information on How to Use the Shopping Cart

There are a couple of tricks to know about the shopping cart when you are placing your first order.  In the Username and Password boxes at the top of the shopping cart, ignore them if you are a first time shopper at Wound Around, you will be entering what you want as your username and password in the Customer Information section.  After this the cart should remember who you are and you should only see Username and Password boxes if you or your computer has cleaned out it's cookie files, at which time you will enter your username and password in those boxes and it will then pull up your information. 

Next, when you are entering your Customer Information there is a * next to everything that is required, there is an * next to phone number even though this isn't a required field.  You are not required to enter your phone number, but are required to enter everything else it asks for.  Please know that you are safe in entering your phone number as we will never share your information with anyone else.  The only time I as the artist/proprietor would ever use your phone number is if I had to contact you regarding an order and I could not reach you via email, but using the phone would be the absolute last resort.

What information do we collect?

payment information. Contact information typically includes your name, address, and phone number. Payment information typically includes your credit card number.

While you are a SurfNet Corporation customer, we manage information with regard to your account status, choice of services, and customer logs. How do we use this information?

We use the contact information you provide us to establish our service for you. We use payment information for payment processing purposes only.
